Shipping Policy

Items not labeled as “pre-made” are made to order and typically ship 10-14 business days from purchase depending on order load at time of order placement. Please allow up to 48 once your order has shipped before reaching out about tracking status as scan times vary.

We also offer a RUSH PRODUCTION for an additional $40 charge. This will put your order in front of others as a “Priority Order”

If you need your order by a certain date, please add a note at checkout and email us to let us know prior to order placement so we can ensure it can be done.

*Priority shipping does not mean your order will be made quicker, only that the shipping is faster. If you need your order made faster than 5-7 business days, purchase Rush Production shipping option during checkout.
