- What is upcycled?
Taking an authentic designer piece and giving it new life by creating something new with the canvas.
- Are the items authenticated?
Upcycled items cannot be authenticated as the entire piece is a new creation. However, the bag used in creating the item is always authenticated prior to using. We use Entrupy to authenticate all of our bags.
- How do you source the bags you use?
We use a handful of reputable thrid party consigners/sellers that we trust and always ensure the bag is authenticated through Entrupy.
- Will you buy my bag?
At this time, we are not purchasing personal bags.
- Can I request to have my bag made into something else?
No, we do not offer this for liability purposes.
- Do you take custom orders?
Yes! Please fill out the “Custom order Request” form and we will get back to you regarding your request.
- Do you offer payment plans?
We offer Klarna which is a Buy Now, Pay Later option. You will find the payment option at checkout.
- Do you ship outside the U.S.?
No, we only ship within the U.S. at this time.
