All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products.

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Upcycle My Bag Service Agreement

By submitting payment for a Ashes2BeautyDesigns Upcycle My Bag invoice, you agree to the following terms:

1. Acknowledgment of Custom Work

You understand and acknowledge that:

• The UMB service involves deconstructing your original handbag and using the available materials to create new, custom item(s).

• Each item is handmade and one-of-a-kind, which means there may be natural variations in texture, placement, or overall appearance.

• Due to the nature and condition of your original bag, exact replication or perfection is not guaranteed.

2. No Guarantee of Item Condition or Value

You acknowledge that:

• Ashes2BeautyDesigns is not responsible for the original condition or value of the handbag you provide.

• Hardware, branding, or material removed during deconstruction may not be salvageable or reusable.

• While Ashes2BeautyDesigns will make every effort to preserve sentimental or high-value elements, there is no guarantee, and Ashes2BeautyDesigns is released from liability if this is not possible.

3. Material Limitations

You acknowledge that:

• Some materials may be unsuitable for certain products. For example, thin leather may not be structurally sound for items like watch bands.

• If limitations are discovered upon inspection, Ashes2BeautyDesigns may suggest alternative designs or decline to proceed with the project.

4. Damage or Loss

While we handle every item with great care, you agree and acknowledge that:

• Ashes2BeautyDesigns is not liable for any damage that may occur during the deconstruction process.

• In the rare event of total loss or shipping-related damage, reimbursement is limited to the UMB fee paid—not the original value of the handbag.

5. Use of Original Bag Materials

• Ashes2BeautyDesigns makes no guarantee that all parts of your original handbag will be used, including straps, hardware, tags, linings, or designer labels.
• Some materials may be unsuitable for reuse due to wear, composition, or incompatibility with the new design.
• Ashes2BeautyDesigns will not return any unused material, as these components may be altered, discarded, or repurposed during the upcycling process.

6. Final Sale & Refund Policy

• All UMB orders are final sale due to the custom and personal nature of the service.

• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be offered once production has begun.

7. Permission to Use Photos (Optional)

Unless otherwise stated prior to final payment, you provide permission for Ashes2BeautyDesigns to photograph and share before-and-after images of your upcycled items for marketing purposes. (This is not required.)

8. Legal Release

By paying your UMB invoice, you release Ashes2BeautyDesigns Inc., its owners, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages that may arise from the upcycling process—including, but not limited to, loss of property, dissatisfaction with the final product, or diminished resale value.
